Hi!

THE TRUTH

Life Didn't Get Simpler

My life has changed in ways I never expected. I’ve raised a family, built businesses and communities, traveled on my own, formed deep friendships, loved deeply, lost things I thought I could count on, and discovered that grief and joy can exist in the same life, sometimes at exactly the same time. Somewhere along the way, I realized I had a choice. I could wait for everything to settle down before I started living again, or I could learn to live fully while life was still complicated. Life didn’t become simpler, and I became more willing to live it anyway.

THE SOLUTION

Saying Yes to My Own Life

That has looked like getting on airplanes by myself, sitting alone at a café in Italy and realizing I was completely happy to be there, becoming curious about wellness and what helps me feel more like myself, gathering people around a table, building new friendships, and pursuing opportunities that create more freedom and possibility.None of those things became the answer. Together, they became part of a life that feels increasingly like mine.I’ve spent more than 20 years building businesses and bringing people together, and I’ve learned that some of the best things in my life have started with curiosity: a conversation, a plane ticket, a glass of wine, a new opportunity, or simply someone saying, “Tell me more about that.”That’s what I want this space to be.

WHAT NOW

A Series of Small Choices

I’ve come to believe that transformation rarely arrives as one giant, dramatic moment. More often, it happens through smaller choices to participate in your own life.A trip, a conversation, taking care of yourself differently, meeting someone new, or trying something that scares you just enough to wonder what might happen if you say yes.Individually, those choices can seem small. Together, they can change the shape of a life. They certainly changed mine.
